Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) segera membuka seleksi jalur mandiri bagi lulusan SMA/sederajat yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang sarjana (S1) maupun diploma.
Sebelum mendaftar, calon mahasiswa perlu memahami besaran Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) yang dibayarkan setiap semester. Besaran UKT ini dibagi dalam beberapa golongan, mulai dari Golongan I hingga IX, serta disertai Iuran Pengembangan Institusi (IPI) khusus jalur mandiri.
